A Yule log or bûche de Noël is a traditional Christmas cake, often served as a dessert, especially in France. This traditional cake will be created as gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free and vegan. It will be a chocolate cake with vanilla cream rolled inside, decorated with chocolate frosting and adorned with sugared cranberries and rosemary for a truly festive look.  
Serves 8-10 (based on thickness of slices). Picture of product is not of mine but will be similar. 
Pre-Order for this item closes on Saturday December 14th.  Desserts will be available for pick up on December 21st at Black Moon Market 10am-2pm at  3709 W Chinden Blvd, Garden City, ID 83714. If delivery is needed please add the delivery fee prior to checking out. Delivery is limited for Wednesday 12/24 and is on a first come first serve basis. 
 
Most baking is done in a 100% gluten-free and vegan environment to ensure a guaranteed zero risk cross-contamination, allowing you to enjoy your goodies worry-free! Please let me know your restrictions as I do also bake in a shared commercial kitchen and take the utmost care of sanitizing and cleaning items prior to use.
